Joe has over thirty years of experience as a management consultant and problem solver. He has knowledge gained from several key positions both during his career with IBM and his experience as a U.S. Army Finance Officer and business owner. He early retired from IBM as an executive, Western District Manager, eleven western states, Information Records Division, with experience as a systems engineer, marketing manager, branch manager and internal consultant. His success as an internal consultant led to his work as a consultant to management of major customer accounts. His work carried him abroad with international accounts across all industries and for hundreds of customers, both large and small.

.Joe is a native Californian and lives with his wife Joyce in Lafayette, California. They have a son and daughter and two grandsons. He is active in community affairs and serves on the board of the Oakland Housing Authority. He is an avid amateur photographer, wood worker and serious golfer. He is also the treasurer of an Investment Club.
